Unlike traditional private coaching centres, we don’t hold trials. We believe talent can be nurtured, not just selected.
Our sessions are mixed gender and ability-inclusive, creating an environment where every player is challenged, supported, and given the opportunity to grow.
At PDP, we recognise that each player’s journey is unique. Higher ability players are encouraged to “play up” for greater challenge, while those newer to the game are placed in sessions that meet their developmental needs. This ensures all players receive the right balance of support and progression to reach their full potential.
